0017179: After creating line with failed autosave, some values are retained when creating new lines

Description

After a failed auto-save of a newly created line, when creating new lines some values from the old lines are used as defaults for the new line until the tab is closed.

Steps To Reproduce

Create new Sales Order header + save it
Create new sales order line in edit mode
Select a product
mark product text and remove it
Tab out of field (Notice text re-appears)
close lines edit mode with X
Message about failed auto-save appears (marking product field as the cause, perhaps invisible id of product was removed)
Click X again to close lines edit view
Use new in form again on lines
Notice that the product field is filled automatically with the Product from the first attempt (instead of being empty)

This now happens for all new lines until the Sales Order tab is closed.
