0017172: Heartbeat enabling / disabling button has changed

DescriptionSince fix of issue 0017086 the selenium test that enables and disables heartbeat is not working
Steps To ReproduceGo to Heartbeat and enable it. Note that the button's name is not modified when it should change to "Enable Heartbeat"
