0016669: busines partner with accounting schema of other entity

Description

if you have two entities, when you create a new business partner, in employee accounting is created a record with accounting schema of the other entity

Steps To Reproduce

In the system exists a entity E0
. create new entity "E1" with accounting:
  General Setup || Client || Initial Client Setup || Initial Client Setup
   Include accounting Y
   Accounting file PGC
   Dimensions business partner, product

. create new organization to Entity E1
   General Setup || Enterprise || Initial organization setup || Initial organization setup
     organization type: legal with accounting
     include accounting Y
     accounting file PGC
     Dimensions business partner, product
. check as set as ready:
    General Setup || Enterprise || Organization || Organization
      allow period control

. go to entity E0
. create new business partner
in Master Data Management || Business Partner || Business Partner >> Employee >> Employee Accounting
there is a record with accounting schema of entity E1
