0016634: IDL Extension for java must extend its dependencies to be able to be installed along with IDL 3.0.0

Description

The module "IDL extension for java" must extend its dependencies in order to be instaled along with IDL 3.0.0. Otherwise Openbravo ERP will downgrade IDL 3.0.0 to 1.1.8

Steps To Reproduce

Install in Openbravo ERP 3.0 the module IDL 3.0.0. After installing it, install IDL Extension for java and you will see that the IDL 3.0.0 is downgraded to 1.1.8.
