0016468: OB 3 GA - Sales Order form layout is poor.

DescriptionSales Order form layout is poor. Would benefit from reconfiguration of default form. For example, with the “Business Partner” field more prominently displayed / positioned.
Proposed SolutionThere is an existing project named "Form Column Layot" we should wait for.
