0016384: 3.0RC4: one of my students has problems executing the creation of price list products in IE and Firefox

Description

The student used Firefox 3.16.13 and IE 8 and had problems executing a step in an exercise. I tried to execute with my Firefox 3.6.16pre and the screen was just hanging on me and could not be executed. In the end the only way to execute was in chrome.

Steps To Reproduce

Using the F&B International Group Admin role:

   1. Go to Price List
      Select the price list General Sales
   2. Go to the [Price List Version] tab
      Create a new record
          * Organization = F&B US, Inc.,
          * Name = General Sales 2011,
          * Active checkbox = selected,
          * Price List Schema = Default Price List Schema,
          * Base Version (Default) = General Sales - from 2010-01-01,
          * Valid from Date = today's date,
          * Save Record
   3. Go to Price List Schema screen
      Select the Default Price List Schema
   4. Go to the [Lines] tab
      Currently there are no lines, but if there are, you first delete them to make sure they do not get applied.
      Create a new record:
          * Organization = F&B US, Inc.,
          * Conversion Rate Type = spot,
          * Conversion Date = today's date,
          * Business Partner = blank,
          * Product Category = blank,
          * Product = blank,
          * Base List Price = List Price,
          * Surcharge List Price Amount = 0.00,
          * List Price Discount % = 0.00,
          * Standard Base Price = Standard Price,
          * Surcharge Standard Price Amount = 0.00,
          * Standard Price Discount % = 0.00,
          * Save the record
      This will copy over all the lines from the previous version without making any changes.
   5. Create a new record:
          * Organization = F&B US, Inc.
          * Conversion Rate Type = spot,
          * Conversion Date = today's date,
          * Business Partner = blank,
          * Product Category = Sandwich,
          * Product = blank,
          * Base List Price = List Price,
          * Surcharge List Price Amount = 0.00,
          * List Price Discount % = -10,
          * Standard Base Price = Standard Price,
          * Surcharge Standard Price Amount = 0.00,
          * Standard Price Discount % = -10,
          * Save the record
   6. Go back to the Price List General Sales, to the [Price List Version] tab
          * Select the new General Sales 2011 version
          * Click the Create Price List button
          * do not select the checkbox Delete old/existing records,
          * Click OK

This is the point that the product lines just do not get created.
