0015811: It is not possible to create an organization 'legal with accounting' without including accounting

DescriptionIt is not possible to create an organization 'legal with accounting' without including accounting.

1.- When you set as ready an organization this error appears:

Every legal entity with accounting must have itself or an ancestor at least a calendar attached to it.

2.- It is not possible add an accounting schema in Organization >> Org Schema because the field ('Accounting Schema') is hidden
Steps To Reproduce- As F&B International Group Admin go to initial organization setup.
- Create a new organization
    - Include accounting not set
    - Organization type: legal with accounting
- Logout and Login
- Go to Organization and select the organization created.
- Click Set as Ready.
- Realize that the error appears.
- Go to Org Schema
- Realize that the field 'Accounting Schema' is empty

The process is correct: if user sets a calendar, and a org schema entry, set as ready works. The only issue is that (as reported in 0015807) the accounting schema field is not visible in the org schema tab.
