0015055: Instance purpose label on the login page is not updated once you define the purpose

DescriptionIt still shows UNKNOWN and updated only on the second login
Steps To ReproduceFresh instance.
Login, define instance purpose and mention that instance purpose label did not change.

Fixed issue 15055. Force reload of purpose image or system info window using 2.50 ui.

 Reviewed & tested.
In classic layout community branding is directly refreshed when using the instance purpose popup after login, in 3.0 the corresponding area does not show the purpose (no change needed).
