Summary

0014863: Translation modules containing some untranslated strings fail to install/import

DescriptionIf a translation xml file does not contain a translated value for at least one column of a row this row will fail to import when installing the translation. -> Shows some database error message about cannot insert null value into not-null column.

Fixed issue 14863. The translation import process will no longer attempt to insert a null value, if there is no translation value in the xml file

Steps:
* Mark nl_NL as System Language, and run verify languange
* Export the language to create the attachments/lang/nl_NL/*.xml files
* Replace the AD_MESSAGE_TRL_nl_NL.xml with the one in the following forum thread: http://forge.openbravo.com/plugins/espforum/view.php?group_id=100&forumid=549512&topicid=7019273#7019552 [^]
* Run the import language process for nl_NL ...
* Check the log
