| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Install several modules and packs, for example Quick Start 2 and Professional Localization Pack for Spain 2. Choose a module and disable it, for example SmartClient. The module is located between Seam and User Interface Selector 3. After the list is refreshed, the module is in a different position. 4. Re enable the module. If we enable or disable a module, it will always in the same position in the list.
