0014566: 3.0RC2: In manual window in a randomly basis the content of the window is empty

Description3.0RC2: In manual window in a randomly basis but quite often (3 to 10) when you try to enter into them the content of the tab is empty

Mainly I'm working with Activation instance and MMC windows

Workaround: Refresh the window and then everything appears

 Note: Resizing the browser windows does also 'fix' the layout
