Data in BigBazaar.xml is incorrect: there is a debt-payment in an organization referencing to a bank account in another organization, not included in the natural tree of the original You can see the wrong record at http://demo.openbravo.com [^] (go to Financial Management >> Receivables and Payables >> Analysis Tools >> Payment Report, and filter by due date from 30-12-2006 to 30-12-2006, Amount from 35.000 to 40.000 and Payable. After Search the report only returns one record. From that record you can navigate to the Generated Settlement where the error is more evident: the debt-payment is linked to organization Connecticut and check that the Bank Account field is invalid ('** -'). If you switch to Grid view you can see that the bank account is 'The South Bank' (linked to organization California) To fix this particular issue is trivial but to fix the whole dataset could become really complex since there are more cases in which debt-payments in Connecticut reference to bank-accounts in California, and it could happen in many other references. |
