0014019: Create invoice lines

Description

There are some bugs in the process that create lines of an invoice by copying them from another invoice.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Login into Openbravo ERP as admin of your client.
2) Follow links: Procurement Management --> Transactions --> Purchase Invoice.
3) Choose an invoice for which create lines and go in edit mode.
4) Click "Copy Lines" button.
5) When pop-up window opens, choose the invoice from which copy lines. Then click OK.
6) Our invoice now contains the same line as the one we choose, but 2 problems occurs:
1) Line Number starts from 20 rather than 10.
2) Tax of our lines are not the same of the invoice from which we copied.

Proposed Solution

I solved 1), 2) problems modifiyng the insert, select methods into the file "CopyFromInvoice_data.xsql" as indicated in the attached file.
Obviously, I also modified the java class "CopyFromInvoice.java" to change the invocation of these metods.

(0041029) psarobe (manager) 2011-09-16 18:18	The problem with the line no is already solved. And copying the taxes will be a mistake. The taxes needs to be re-calculate on the fly since these can change.
