0013344: Settlement generated in remittance can not be associated to this remittance

Description

The settlement "*RT*W*" generated in remittance with payments with withholdings, can not be associated to remittance

Steps To Reproduce

1. Master Data Management || Business Partner Setup || Withholding || Withholding
create new withholding "w"

2. Master Data Management || Business Partner || Business Partner
select mcgiver

3. Master Data Management || Business Partner || Business Partner >> Withholding
create new record with "w"

4. Procurement Management || Transactions || Purchase Invoice || Header
  create new invoice
     business partner mcGiver
     withholding w

5. Procurement Management || Transactions || Purchase Invoice || Header || Line
  create new line
    product boots
    tax VAT 16%

6. process the invoice

7.Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Transactions || Remittance || Header
  create new record.
  run "create lines from" process
  select payment generated in step 6

8. a new settlement (*RT*W*) is generated with payments with withholding amount.
this settlement can not be associated with remittance generated in step 7.

(0027400) dalsasua (viewer) 2010-05-18 08:41	Pablo, after discussing with support team, I realize that in the canceled payments tab of settlements, the created settlement field is not shown. Because of that, a user seeing the settlement that cancels the payments with 0 amount and withholding, cannot navigate to the creation settlement, and so to the remittance, so remittance and cancellation settlement are not linked. Whouldn't it make sense to show the creation settlement field in the canceled payment tab of settlement window?

(0028399) dalsasua (viewer) 2010-06-14 23:00	This is the way to navigate to the settlement: From remittance, navigate to settlement. Go to Created Payments tab Locate the the payment with Settlement Cancel name like 'RTW*' Navigate to the settlement through settlement cancel link.
