0012780: Products don't have a Tax (Only Tax Category)

Description

There are different TAX-Rates on Products e.g. in Germany 7% for Foods and 19% for other Products. In OB a TAX-Rate cannot be associated to a Product.
The result is: You have to set the Tax Rate manually every time a Product is invoiced.

Steps To Reproduce

Create an Invoice-Line and Select a Product:

The TAX-Field will be voided because Products don't know about their TAX-Rate.

Proposed Solution

Add a Field c_tax_id to the Table m_product with a selector.

When the product is invoiced the TAX could be selected there.
