| Description | When applying a module, the rebuild process gets blocked in the database update task, normally when disabling a constraint. The cause of the problem is a query to the database done in the VariablesSecureAppl class. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Install a module (for example, the Initial Data Load module). Click on rebuild. The rebuild will be blocked. | |||||||
| Proposed Solution | The query will not be done if the OBScheduler hasn't been started. | |||||||
