0012544: When creating a new column if you select the table reference the reference search is not showed

DescriptionWhen creating a new column if you select the table reference the reference search is not showed
Steps To Reproduce-Go to tables and columns window as system administrator.
-Go to a table, and navigate to the column tab.
-click on new. select the table reference and the reference search key combo should appear but it does not appear.

 This happens also in the list or search references.

We have tested it on main.

This error can not be reproduced if you have update to mp11 from a previous release.
