0012525: Grant access to searches per ad_table_access

DescriptionCurrently access for searchs is granted in case the role has access to at least one window using that search.
Proposed SolutionGrant access to search also in the following cases:
-The search is used as parameter for a standard UI report/process.
-The role has access to the table in ad_table_access for the search ad_search.ad_table_id.
