0012526: Grant access to searches per process/form table access

DescriptionCurrently access for searchs is granted in case the role has access to at least one window using that search.
Proposed SolutionOnce feature request 0012522 is implemented, searches should have access to tables granted for processes and forms with the same search ad_search.ad_table_id.
