0012490: Document a verification to check that the installed modules are not in development

Description

After a module is installed (from central repository or from file system), the "in development" checkbox in the Module windows has to be unchecked.

We are not verifying this.

Proposed Solution

Add a verification to the documentation of all module installation test cases to check that the "In Development" checkbox is not marked.
