0001245: New purchase order creation fails

DescriptionCreating a new purchase order, when is pressed the save button it returns a java.lang.NullPointerException with all required fields filled.

The deprecation process has hidden some important fields in the Purchase Order window. The callout try to fill them, but it has no sense about the change, so it is trying to fill a dropdown list. This cause an invalid filling and the field sends empty.

The javascript has been modified to fill the data in this cases.
