Summary

0012175: Deploy mode 'none' doesn't work properly. Compilation is skipped

DescriptionThere are 3 different deploy modes, war, class and none (or anything different than war or class). When you choose the 3rd option, not all the necessary steps are completed. e.g. The part of build.local.context is skipped
Steps To Reproduce* Modify your Openbravo.properties, and change deploy.mode=none
* Install a module that requires configuration files in WEB-INF
* Try to use the module
Proposed Solution* Deploy mode=none should step through all the necessary steps to complete the compilation, as 'war' or 'class'
