0012170: Display logic for Attribute set value field fails in Transaction tab.

DescriptionDisplay logic for Attribute set value field fails in the below Transaction tabs

* product Transaction tab.(Master Data Management || Product || Product >> Transactions )

* Warehouse Management || Transactions || Goods Transaction || Goods Transaction

* Warehouse Management > Transactions > Goods Transaction

* Warehouse Management > Setup > Warehouse and Storage Bins > Warehouse > Storage Bin > Bin Contents

* Warehouse Management > Setup > Warehouse and Storage Bins > Warehouse > Storage Bin > Product Transactions


when product is defied as below attributes

1) Product with Attribute set: ‘Null’ (Product C)

2) Product with Attribute set: ‘Not Null’ Attribute set value: Not Null and Attribute Set Value as : ‘Specification’ (Product D)

Note: in the spec it is mentioned as in 2.2 (If Use Attribute Set Value As drop-down field value = Specification, the attribute set value field is NOT displayed (even if requirement 2.1 is complied).)
Steps To ReproduceIn product window create two products with below details

1) Create a product "Product C" with below details
Search key: Product C
Name: product C
Attribute Set: Null and save the product

2) Create a product "Product D" with below details
Search key: Product D
Name: product D
Attribute Set: Not Null
Attribute set value: not null
Attribute set value as: Specification



For the above two products create Purchase order, including both the products in line tab,

And then create goods receipts for the above purchase order

Then navigate to product window for "product C" and click Transactions tab (Master Data Management || Product || Product >> Transactions )

you can find "Attribute Set value" field appears in the screen

Note: Same applies for "Product D"

Please notice that requirement 2.2 has been modified slightly http://wiki.openbravo.com/wiki/Projects/Attribute_set_instance_review#Attribute_set_instance_usage_3 [^]

The tabs that you mention are read-only. Imagine that some transactions where done for a product and we turn it now to attribute set value type = Specification. We will not be allowed to make more transactions with attribute set values for this product but when looking for old transactions, we would like to see which were the attribute set values set.
