0012089: Message when installing QuickStart in a Community Edition is not clear

Description

If I try to install QuickStart in a Community Appliance (which is not a Commercial Edition), I get a message that is far from clear. See attach.

Steps To Reproduce

In a Community Appliance, try to install QuickStart Spain.

Proposed Solution

Only first sentence of the whole message has any sense. The rest adds nothing but noise, so it should be removed.
