| Description | When a module requires both a system rebuild (Changes pending, rebuild now) and there is an update available, the Module Management console shows the message "Changes pending, rebuild now" but not that an update is available. This makes it impossible to update the module until the system has been rebuilt. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | These instructions are based on the assumption that MP10 is the latest version of Openbravo available. If newer versions exist, adjust the instructions accordingly. 1) Start from a stable and past version of Openbravo (for example MP9) 2) Install an obx file intermediate between MP9 and MP10 3) Without rebuilding the system, perform a Scan for Update The expected result is that the Module Management window shows that MP10 is available. However, the system still shows "Changes pending, rebuild now" next to the module name. | |||||||
| Proposed Solution | When a module is in this situation, both changes pending and an update is available, the availability of the update should be displayed next to the module name rather than the pending change. Rationale: the pending change is still available at the top of the screen so both actions are available. | |||||||
