0011443: Bank statement if a payment is created and deleted, but deleted payment still appears in Payment report

Description

Created two payments in Bank statement, then i deleted one payment and then i processed the bank statement. Later i run the payment report to find the deleted payment in the pending status.

Steps To Reproduce

Navigate to Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Transactions || Bank Statement || Header and click new then enter the required details

Move to Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Transactions || Bank Statement || Header >> Lines and click new and click "Create Payment" button

BP: Red bunny
amount: 100
Due date: any valid date
Receipt checked

and click OK

Create one more payment by clicking new and click "create payment" button

BP: Red bunny
amount: 200
Due date: any valid date
Receipt Unchecked

and click OK

Then deleted the first line item and move back to header and click process button.

Then click Payment report(Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Analysis Tools || Payment Report || Payment Report ) and click search button

one can find the above created payment is in pending status. (even though one more payment will be created to balance the amount and the pending amount is Zero)
