0001136: \"Cretate from\" in Settlement Window

DescriptionWhen selecting debt-payments from the pop up that appears when the button "create from" is pushed in the settlement window, the sum of these debt-payments aren't sumed in the "total amount" field.

Fixed.
The pop-up needed a function to calculate the sum of debt-payments.
