Summary

0011282: VAT is applied on an already VAT include price

DescriptionI created a price list "Listino Lamezia".
This price list is flagged so that prices are intended to be tax included.
Tax rate is set to 20%.

I created an order and selected a product whose price is 290 euro according to the Listino Lamezia price list. The price is supposed to be VAT included.
Anyway, the total amount at order header level is 348 euro, that is 290 x 1,2. Basically the application is adding the VAT even if the price is already VAT included.
The attached document shows the screenshots of the application which could help reproducing the issue.

 I have the same error in 2.5MP8, and it´s highly critical.

 I am planning to fix it.
For me this is also highly critical.
No company in germany which sells to end-customers (gross price) can use the system without this feature because of tax law requirements.
