0010885: Missing link on top of "Register Modules" window

DescriptionWhen registering a new module, a popup window shows up, with the following message on top: "This process registers a module in the central repository checking the name, javaname, db_prefix etc. are available to be used. To register a module you must have a valid username and password in Openbravo Central Repository. You should register into Openbravo Forge (link) to obtain these credentials"

The "(link)" doesn't actually contain any link
Steps To Reproduce1 - Open a custom module under Application dictionary | module |
2 - Click "Register Module" on the bottom of the page.
Proposed SolutionInsert link to registration page

Just code-review and check it works.

No special regression check as it is just changing a process help.

int-dbcons-pgsql is broken
http://builds.openbravo.com/job/int-dbcons-pgsql/2650/ [^]
detects differences when exporting.

I've fixed it running synchronize terminology and exporting it
https://code.openbravo.com/erp/devel/pi/rev/1b7998183053 [^]

but it seems (not sure) we should change the element ('IsRegistered') and then run a synchronize terminology.

could you please check it.

Thanks,
Mikel.
