| Summary | 0010860: Not able to reactivate a invoice with acc & def plan, after the invoice is completed. | |||||||
| Description | I created & completed a invoice with accruals & deferrals plan line items (invoice moved to complete status). Then i tried to reactivate the invoice by clicking the reactivate button. System throws error message as " This record cannot be deleted because it is associated with other existing elements. Please see Linked Items" instead of moving from complete to draft status. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1) create and complete a sales invoice with accruals & deferrals plan Bp: select any valid BP Accounting date: 01/10/2010 Acc & Def type : any type <other receivables> Date from : 05/02/2010 Date To: 05/10/2010 Move to line tab, Product : Any valid product Qty:10 Move to header tab and complete the invoice. (status will be moved from draft to complete) 2) Then try to Reactivate the invoice by clicking the reactivate button, system throws error message instead of moving the invoice from complete to draft status Actual result: "This record cannot be deleted because it is associated with other existing elements.
