0010561: Register module process is not prepared for autosave

Description

When you try to register a module without saving it before, you get an error 'ModuleID is required' in the log: @CR_RegisterNoUUID@
The problem is that the process of Registering a module is not prepared for autosave.

Steps To Reproduce

* Go to: Application Dictionary > Module
* Create a NEW record
* Fill all required fields
* Without saving, click the 'Registrer Module' button
