0010296: Activation does not handle special characters

Description

When creating a license for a customer with special characters, like "Pablo Luján", the Instance Activation Window shows it as "Pablo LujÃin"

Steps To Reproduce

From Butler, create a license for a customer named "Pablo Luján"
Generate the keys and activate an OCE installation.
You will see the customer name like "Pablo LujÃin". See attach.
