Description | When a OTF rules is enable, Single ticket transaction is generating thousands of coupons (if the flag “Is one coupon per transations“ is unchecked) | |||||||
Steps To Reproduce | 1.Configure in the backoffice a OTF coupon with disc type “Discount per Total Amount”. 2.Configure OTF rules and link it to the discount configured in point 1. Please make sure that the flag “Is one coupon per transations“ is unchecked. 3.Login in web pos 4.Add items to the basket 5.Pay a ticket 6. ERROR -> You will see that thousands of coupons are generated to a single ticket transaction. | |||||||

We've been checking the issue and we think it is behaving as expected. Based on the config it means that every 0.01€ sold it will generate a Coupon. For a 1€ sale it generates 100 coupons, for a 100€ sale it generates 10000 coupons (that is why it generated and printed so many records). IMHO this is not the behaviour they would like, maybe they wanted to have a single coupon per sale (Is One Coupon Per Transaction check) or it should generate the Coupon every 50€ (for example) sale. Can you clarify how they were expecting to behave? |
