Summary | 0055834: Ticket fiscalized but stuck in the till. So it can be finally deleted when it has been already fiscalized | |||||||
Description | The cashier is blocked because a ticket has been fiscalized but not synchronized to the backoffice. To unblock the situation he finally delete the ticket, so they arrive to a "ghost receipt" scenario: ticket fiscalized that does not exists in the backoffice | |||||||
Steps To Reproduce | Add any product and pay the ticket with Cash and overpayment amount (so change is expected) | |||||||

We need assistance to reproduce this error. Issue changed to Status = Feedback. In any case, our "Propose Solution" is: It should NOT be possible to delete a ticket/sale which has been already fiscalized. We can take this one. If this happens, the till will be blocked and it will be required to research on the issue that prevents the ticket or sale to be synchronized with the backoffice. We consider this one a different topic, so please create a separate issue, as we do believe that this has nothing to do with the RT-Printer. |

That was theoretically already fixed. There was not consistent way to reproduce apart from disconting the printer just after calling to it. |
