0044776: Copystore excel fail to copy a store with error: "G/L Item for payment rounding is requried if rounding flag is active"

Description

Testing copystore excel module with the steps + sample xlsx files provided in file [TestLink] Copy Store Support for Excel fails with above error after doing the first 2 steps.

Bug could be either in code or that the testlink steps are no longer uptodate
