0044776: Copystore excel fail to copy a store with error: "G/L Item for payment rounding is requried if rounding flag is active"

DescriptionTesting copystore excel module with the steps + sample xlsx files provided in file [TestLink] Copy Store Support for Excel fails with above error after doing the first 2 steps.

Bug could be either in code or that the testlink steps are no longer uptodate

 After some fixes in the French certification module and other modules, it seems the problem is not reproducible anymore.
