0041964: [19Q4] [Restaurants] [Polling] Clicking OK button on a ticket usually results in a blank page

DescriptionFor some reason I was not able to understand, it might be related to a Polling issue, it is possible to reach an status where clicking OK button does not return to the "Select receipt to display" pop up (the Main Menu for this module). The system shows a blank page instead, so the only way to get it back is to refresh the page (with F5)
Steps To ReproducePrecondition: As stated above, it does not happen immediately, but I've been able to reproduce it consistently.
1. Create a ticket for a table
2. Add a product to the ticket
3. Click the OK button to return to the table selection pop up
4. Check that instead of showing the expected pop up, the page shows the blank overlay and the only way to return to a valid flow is to refresh the page. See attached screenshot.

Fixed issue 41964: Increased time between polling requests so listeners are ready
when the polling finishes
