0037188: Performance problems in General Ledger Report

Description

Performance problems in General Ledger Report.

In an environment with the following data, the report takes time to show the records.
The "records range parameter" value in Session Preferences is set as 20.

fact_acct = 16585583 records

Steps To Reproduce

Open General Ledger Report:

-From date: 09-01-2017
-To date: 10-01-2017
-Organization: Metal Supermarkets GTA
-General Ledger: CAD Ledger
-Rest of parameters by default

It takes long time to show data

Proposed Solution

Could be nice to add an index in fact_acct table
