0034173: Connection leak in SetCurrentMobileServerListener

Description

When there is no mobile server key defined in Openbravo.properties, the SetCurrentMobileServerListener class is leaking a connection.

This happens because the OBDal.getInstance().commitAndClose(); is only executed if the mobile.server.key is found in Openbravo.properties

Steps To Reproduce

- Make sure the mobile.server.key is not defined in Openbravo.properties
- Start Tomcat
- Run select * from pg_stat_activity to see that the connection used is never closed.
