0032616: [PR16Q2] It is not possible to delete a Commission

Description

I've created a commission but after generating I've detected an error. Delete is not possible. See steps.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Enter as F&B Admin role
2. Go to Commission window
3. Create a new commission completing the mandatory fields and save.
4. Click the "Generate Commission" button
5. Try to delete the record. A message saying that linked items should be reviewed first.
6. Open linked items, there is only one record, on Commission Payment window.
7. Note that the window is read only, so that record cannot be deleted, therefore it is not possible to delete a Commission
