0031520: Voiding a Layaway without payments is not working

Description

If we void a layaway without any payment, it doesn't close the order.

Steps To Reproduce

- Login
- Create a Layaway without payments
- Open Layaways searcher and select created layaway
- Go to the menu and press "Void Layaway"
- Press Done button in Edit panel
- Check the order in the backend, the status should be closed
