0030100: Costing Process fails when tries to calculate backdated Transactions with a Movement Date Prior to the 1 set in the Costing Rule

DescriptionCosting Background Process fails when tries to calculate backdated Goods Shipment voided which has a Movement Date prior to the one defined as in the Costing Rule as "Fix Backdated Transactions From"
Steps To ReproduceAs group Admin role,
 Go to Costing rule window,
    Select España and click on Fix Backdated process.
       Starting date: today.
 Go to Goods Shipment window,
    org: España región Norte
    Movement date: Prior to the date set in the Costing Rule as "Fix Backdated Transactions From"
  Lines: Cerveza Ale
         movement qty: 10
Complete it.
Void it.

Launch the Costing Background process. The process fails:

It is not possible to process a Cost Adjustment that includes lines of transactions whose cost is permanently adjusted.\nLines: 10
