Costing Background Process fails when tries to calculate backdated Goods Shipment voided

Steps To Reproduce

As group Admin role,
Go to Costing rule window,
    Select España and click on Fix Backdated process.
       Starting date: today.
Go to Goods Shipment window,
    org: España región Norte
    Movement date: 04/06/2014
  Lines: Cerveza Ale
         movement qty: 10
Complete it.
Void it.

Launch the Costing Background process. The process fails:

It is not possible to process a Cost Adjustment that includes lines of transactions whose cost is permanently adjusted.\nLines: 10

Proposed Solution

The transactions defined as 'is cost permanent' should not be introduced in the cost adjustment lines.
