0029576: New tax rates needed related to IVA Normal ISP Tax category

Steps To Reproducen/a
Proposed SolutionBelow new tax rates need to be created:

"Exportaciones (%N=>0%) ISP" ID = 97F813ED5B234BB6810A5BD3C475446F
with same setup as "Exportaciones (%N=>0%)" but Tax Category that should be "IVA Normal ISP"

"Importaciones 21% = 0% ISP" ID= 376E54C63C6A4D55AABF12DA6C7ADE9A
with same setup as "Importaciones 21% = 0%" but Tax Category that should be "IVA Normal ISP"

with same setup as "Importaciones 21% " but Tax Category that should be "IVA Normal ISP"

Besides that a new "Business Partner Tax Category" needs to be created named "Revendedores con Recargo de Equivalencia". This new BP Tax category needs to be related to the tax rate below that needs also to be created new:

"Entregas IVA+RE 21+5.2% ISP"
This tax rate and its children needs to have same setup as "Entregas IVA+RE 21+5.2%" but Tax Category that should be: "IVA Normal ISP" and of course "BP Tax Category" = "Revendedores con Recargo de Equivalencia".

Besides the above tax rate already created "Entregas Intracomunitarias (%N=>0%) ISP should have all Europen Union countries as "Destination Country" in the Tax Zone tab. Right now that information is missing and that should not be the case.

Fixed issue 29576: New tax rates needed related to IVA Normal ISP Tax category

Four new taxes have been added to the dataset:
* Exportaciones (%N=>0%) ISP
* Importaciones 21% = 0% ISP
* Importaciones 21% ISP
* Entregas IVA+RE 21+5.2% ISP

Two IDs have been set in the dataset:
* Exportaciones (%N=>0%) ISP -> 97F813ED5B234BB6810A5BD3C475446F
* Importaciones 21% = 0% ISP -> 376E54C63C6A4D55AABF12DA6C7ADE9A

A new Business Partner Tax Category has been added to the dataset:
* Revendedores con Recargo de Equivalencia

All European Union countries have been added to the tax
Entregas Intracomunitarias (%N=>0%) ISP.
