0022933: Keypress and tab issue in rich text field

DescriptionThe rich text field has 2 issues remaining:

These can be solved by upgrading smartclient and overriding keypress etc.

Steps To ReproduceAdd a rich text field to a form, edit it (the save button does not get enabled), tab out does not work and does neither add a tab character

 The latest changes of RichTextCanvas have been added and the issue it seems to continue in Chrome in Linux
