Summary

0012491: Add a verification to check that the installed modules are not in development

DescriptionAfter a module is installed (from central repository or from file system), the "in development" checkbox in the Module windows has to be unchecked.

We are not verifying this.
Proposed SolutionAdd a verification to the scripts of all module installation test cases to check that the "In Development" checkbox is not marked.
