| Steps To Reproduce | -As Openbravo Admin go to Financial Management || Accounting || Analysis Tools || Balance sheet and P&L structure Setup -Create a new record (Name: Pérdidas y Ganancias) -Save and go to Grouping category: -Create a new record (Name: Debe) -Save and go to node. -Create a new record (Name: Debe, Account Element: D-Debe) -Save and go to Grouping category. -Create a new record (Name: Haber) -Save and go to node. -Create a new record (Name: Haber, Account Element: H-Haber) -Go to Financial Management || Accounting || Analysis Tools || Balance sheet and P&L structure -Accounting Schema: SmallBazaar US/A/Euro -Accounting Report: Pérdidas y Ganancias -Organization: * -Account Level: Subaccount -Realize that with * organization you can't choice a Year and a Reference Year. | |||||||

You have not correctly setup the "Balance de situación" report. You missed: * the check-box balanced has to be Active (Yes) * the Report Type = Point in Time Please have a look at http://wiki.openbravo.com/wiki/Balance_sheet_and_PL_structure#Balance_de_situaci.C3.B3n [^] |

If an organization hasn't got a calendar in it, and also hasn't go it over it (in an ancestor), then in the year selector are shown all years belonging to a calendar of the organizations bellow it. Because there can be more than one, the calendar name is shown with the year name. |
