Summary0041135: Add the ability to filter by natural tree in selectors based on columns allowing cross org reference
DescriptionIn case a column allows cross organization reference, the column selector will not filter by natural tree anymore.

It would be nice if we add the possibility to allow cross organization references in a column but keeping the natural tree filter in the column selector.

We could add a preference to decide if we want to add natural tree filter to columns with allow cross organization reference enabled.
Steps To ReproduceRevert fix for issue 0041132

Using F&B group admin role:
- Create a new Sales Order
- Select F&B España - Región Norte organization
- Click on Business Partner selector
Check Business Partners from USA are displayed.
Only Business Partners from Spain should be displayed.

It would be nice if the selector could be configured to show just the expected business partners even the cross org flag is checked (because of it required just for retail flows).
