Summary 0030856: Some null fileds json order causes an error. Line net is null, ObposAppCashup is null, Line Taxes are null, Taxes are null
Revision 2015-09-17 11:26 by guilleaer
Description Sometimes, under unknown circumstances some orders are received in the orderloader without several fields which are required.

The theory which explain this situation is that some part of the code writes the c_order information during the close process. It leads into a corrupted order.

Some logs have been added in the customer environment to find which is the part of the code which provokes that issue.

Regarding ObposAppCashup we think that at some point, the value of obposAppCashup which is stored in the terminal model doesn't have any value, so it is not set in the order. We have observed that it usually happens when an order is paid just after a login.
