0009682: In Shipment dimensional report, to date not considered for report validation.

Description

In Shipment dimensional report(Sales Management || Analysis Tools || Shipments Dimensional Report || Shipments Dimensional Report ), To date not considered for report validation and system wrongly shows error message as

"No conversion rate defined
There is no conversion rate defined from (EUR-€) to (USD-$) for date '01-07-2009', Client 'SBAClient' and Organization 'Pamplona'. "

even when i run the report for To date as '30-06-2009'

Steps To Reproduce

1) Move to General Setup || Application || Conversion Rates || Conversion Rate and click new.
2) Select 'USD' as To currency,
Valid to Date as 30-06-2009 and
Multiple rate by: 2 and click save button.

2) Move to Sales Management || Analysis Tools || Shipments Dimensional Report || Shipments Dimensional Report and enter
From date: 01/06/2009
To date: 30/06/2009
select currency as 'USD' and click HTML format button.

System wrongly throws error message as " No conversion rate defined
There is no conversion rate defined from (EUR-€) to (USD-$) for date '01-07-2009', Client 'SBAClient' and Organization 'Pamplona'."
